This form is meant for Korea applicants. For Israel participants, please submit your application documents via the IIA portal. Do note that BOTH the Korea and Israeli companies are required to submit an application on the respective channels.

Please note that there will not be any drafts saved for this form. It is recommended that you prepare the necessary documents and have them on hand before filling out the form.
